WoW!!! This product is KING!!! The heat from this waistcoat is as good as, if not better than the result from a motor-cycle/car 12V. It's so easy to use - the pocket-size batteries live in two lower pockets inside of which there's a 'male' wire/plug which I connected to the 'female' battery - 5 minute later I was in the heat business. Even on "Hi" the temperature, although excellent, is never TOO hot.
Charging the battery is easy. I plugged in the charger and connected both batteries. A small red LED switched on during charging then blinked off, turning green when complete several hours later. Very easy. VERY IMPRESSIVE. The three-level switch is an electronic delight to use - no strength required, just a press of the thumb is all you need to change temperature - very elegant. NOTE: the three-way heat switch has now been moved to an internal pocket, which is; more discreet; better for BIKERS who needn't remove their right hand from throttle if changing temperature; more practical because it frees up an outer pocket for normal use.
